I'm in the US. I just can't ever hear her voice. Every single other sound works except the ones involving Cortana's voice.

That's odd, is she enabled? You'll have to enable Her from the Search settings, as shown below in the top, once setup and done, before you can talk to her or ask her things you'll need to setup the mic too which does it automatically when you press the Mic Icon next to search, notice the 'Search' Icon becomes 'O' too when she's enabled, and she's working great so far, if there's some issue with her while searching something, she usually replies back none the less with 'Something went wrong etc',

Worked fine for me, didn't had to create any media for it to upgrade.

I concur Caster but then again, both my upgraded Asus devices had somewhere in the range of 20GB+ free on a stock 64GB drive.
Rick, loving my T100TA-C1-GR Z3740 64GB Win 10
BIOS 314. All Windows updates except Bing. All Asus Live Updates. WIFI driver 5.93.99.210
I get 8-12 hrs use per charge using SLEEP mode. Warning, NEVER calibrate the touchscreen.

Yes , I have the impression the most of the Windows 10 update have been done on a 64Gb T200.
In my case it is a 32Gb T200 with WIMBOOT and a system drive of only 22Gb........the rest is a recovery partition that cannot be deleted.
10-11 Gb free means to remove everything except Windows 8.1.
"creating a media" reduce the disk space used to download and create Windows 10 image!

Did you tried to uninstall the driver, and also delete it by checking the 'Delete the driver software or this device' checkbox during uninstallation, do a power cycle and let Windows install the driver itself.

Not entirely true, but yet again all system's are different, and hence there's no said preference, you can follow the MS one to be totally concrete which seem's harder, or there's that 'Creating a media' option, but this was to give user's an outline on how it basically works and to have an idea 'without having to create a media' without the 16GB/20GB needed and for those who haven't gotten the Window 10 pushed automatically. Your's might definitely be different. I never had 20 Gbs or such, just roughly around the 10-11 GB ish margin and had no issue's on both T100/T200s let it be 32 or 64 not just only 64GB, if not then the ''creating a media" option is always available for those having troubles specifically T200s 32GB, amended the Prequisite 1 reflecting the same.
