Duplicate Files

What is the best way to eliminate duplicate, unwanted or unnecessary files to improve speed and storage on my TF201?

I have this app installed https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...51bGwsMSwyLDNd. Whole it works well you need to be careful as it may work to well. Some of the files it displays as dups are in fact necessary files for some of the apps to work properly
