Can't type by keyboard. Mouse and touchpad cannot use as well

    Hello everybody

My name is Sira. Now I am living in Japan. I just bought TF 201 yesterday. After finished all the charging ( more than 8 hrs and all keyboard and tablet lights turn green), I started to test my tf201 this morning. However, I found some problems to ask all you guys for the solution.

    1. I can not type by keyboard while it stands alone. I can use keyboard only when it is plugged to the charger. However, the docking status said it is connected.

    2. I can not use mouse. When I plug in the mouse, the light in the mouse didn't turn on.

    3. I can not use touchpad as well

So please let me know how to solve the problems, thx in advance

Did you charge the Dock separately from the Tablet?

One more information, when I unplug the charger from the keyboard, it soon indicated that the dock 's bettery is 0%. But when I plugged the charger. It showed that the battery is 100% immediately.

I would remove the dock from the tablet and try charging it separately for 8 hours, then connect them and see what happens.

I would still let it charge by itself for the 8 hours.
