Never mind, fixed that too. Used stock options and chose "data wipe" I can now boot! I have a working tablet again!
Lesson learned, when flashing a ROM with options, read CAREFULLY and DO NOT choose "Wipe SDCARD"

Wardo126 - I had to register to say thanks. I made a similar rookie mistake and thought I had royally messed up.
I wouldn't have figured out the /data/media path, so thanks for that
