    Power Button and Volume-Down doesn't work

    I just received my TF201 back from repair, and everything is great except my power button - it doesn't work at all, it doesn't even reboot the device after 10 seconds. My Volume-Down button doesn't work either. Volume-Up works fine.

    I believe I have the latest build - 9.4.2.28.

    Has anyone experienced this? I hate to send it back, again. Everything else seems to work great.

    Oh dear... Get straight on the phone & COMPLAIN. It just shouldn't come back to you like this. You should at least get a free expedited return out of this - maybe even more if you handle it right.

    That has to definitely be a repair error it happen to me once, i had to send my tablet back to asus again, the customer service reps has nothing to do with the repairs so complaining to them wont do much of anything its best to just let get the RMA for the return
