    Welcome to the forum!

For on screen keyboards, hold the similar letter for about 2 seconds and the accents will pop up.

For the hardware keyboard, that is trickier...if there is an ASUS Keyboard for your language, it should have some of those by hitting SHIFT+letters, ALT+letters or '+a to give an accented a, or sometimes the ", ;, or : to get different accents on the letters.

Unfortunately there is not a guide that I have found that tells exactly how to do this.

I just asked my girlfriend to check software (on screen) keyboard - she said it is fine for letters āēīū, but not for: ģčķļņšž
    thanks for help so far!

    edit:
Frederuco, can you check if you have same with your TF101?

Using Thumb Keyboard I can do these: čšž

    But not these: ģķļņ

What language are they from? That might help figure out how to get to them.
