That would be the easiest way.
We have a guide on the Factory Reset process linked from the Master Help Guide if you'd find it helpful - linked from my signature, below (probably only viewable/clickable in a browser & not from Tapatalk)

Raziel - a cold boot is something different. To know if your green screen is software related you need to do a factory reset. The steps for a factory reset are here. If that doesn't fix the green camera, it probably means it's hardware related and would require a new camera, or at the least, a trip in to Asus or another qualified technician. Cheers

I can't recommend a camera, sorry...I don't have any experience with replacement parts.
The factory reset WILL erase your files, read through the factory reset link, above.
You back up your files first - there is a back up app installed on your tablet already, in the app drawer.
Back up to external storage and you won't lose your files.

Now I find out the problem it is only with the back camera then it mean I need replace the camera or have other idea ?

When it happened to my TF201, I had to send it in for repair. In reality, they didn't fix anything. They simply replaced the device with another.

raziel: See post #44 this thread, from an Asus rep.
Here is a link to Asus parts (European business) which carries the camera module. You may be able to replace it or have someone do the repair for you.

Good luck.
