TF201 volume is off, with a slash over it ? how can I get my volume back?
I had music a few days ago
what have I done?
and how can i fix it?

If you have the dock - dock your tablet then try the volume buttons on the dock. Worked for me.

yes I went in to settings and that is where it appearr off with a slash through it and no option to emove the slash I troed to click on it
it IS in settings that I would turn the volume off or on isnt it?

There is a button that will adjust the volume located on the left edge of your tablet, an inch or so down from the corner.
