sleep of death
Ever since I installed 9.4.2.21 with the live wallpaper I get a "sleep of death" a couple of times a day. The screen won't turn back on to the password screen and I have to reboot it...I loose some work this way, any ideas on what might cause this?

Live wallpaper can cause this. Might try just using a stationary wallpaper and see if that helps.

set back to the standard stationary wall paper....although the live wall paper was a neat gimmic I would rather have the tablet work right.

They look cool, but will use up more of your battery and so far on ICS has been giving tablets some problems. I would stick to standard wallpapers personally. Check back in and let us know if it worked. If not there are a couple of other things to try.

Try Wake Lock on Google Play, it has helped many users with similar problems
If it doesn't work you can always remove it
Most users are using it in combination with Auto Airplane Mode by DON

or as one of the admins suggested awhile back to hold the power button down for 40 seconds and then you get the buzz of a waking tablet. i have had it happen a couple of times and just held down the button until it did that, don't think it took a full 40 seconds more like 20 still you get the picture.

Right I've been doing this but then when it reboots it has closed out all my apps I usually have the browser and documents to go word processor up. I guess I'll try out this wake lock app and see if it helps.

The wake lock app works for the SoD on the prime for the .21 I had the problem and since I installed that.. I've not had a single SoD
