trouble connecting to keyboard dock

Hi... i have seen a number of other posts regarding issues connecting the tablet to the dock so far the only answers i have seen are "push harder". This isn't working for me, and no matter how hard I try can't get the tablet in ( yes, i removed the rubber tabs). Can anyone recommend anything else? No say I can use the the keyboard on the device... i hate to say it but maybe people buy i-pads for a reason.

When I owned the TF 101 I found that if I took the piece on the dock and stood it up straight at a 90 degree angle with the table and make sure the latch is all the way to the left while you are trying to push it in. Also I found that if you kinda rock it from side to side it may go on down.

Um, I'm not sure. You shouldn't have to force it in at all. If you've taken the three rubber plugs out of the bottom, and align the arrow on the unit with the arrow on the dock, it should slide in fairly easily. Make sure the little lock tab on the dock is slid over to the left hand side. Perhaps it is stuck and not allowing the tab to 'grab' or 'lock' the tablet into place. That's about the only 2 things I can suggest....the rubber plugs and the wee lock. And is the dock for the unit? ie. the tf101 dock won't accept the transformer prime (tf 201) unit....and vice versa I guess.
