I just received my new Prime with Android 3.2.1. I tried and tried to get an ICS update. Asus would not recognize my tablet and gave me the message "no serial number found". I wrote to ASUS support was was very helpful and finally told me to return the tablet to them for "repairs."

My question to the Forum is--Does anyone else have a similar experience? When the tablet was returned, did it work well? Or is it eternally damaged? Have I got a lemon or is it relatively easy to repair it and I will probably have many happy hours using the repaired item?

Any guidance on this will be appreicated.
