Email stopped working
After a couple of flawless weeks my email account nows serves up the message "Can't safely connect to server (java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException:Tru st Anchor for Certification Path not found)" for my Cox POP3 account. I can access this account with my browser or with my PC. I decided to delete and re-add the account, and now I get either the message above or "user name or password incorrect". Interestingly enough, the first time this happened I switched from the screen keys to my ASUS keypad and got past the problem, but no more. Before dropping $5 on Kaiten I thought I'd see if anyone has an idea what my problem could be.

Welcome to the party
I'm not going to try talking you out of Kaiten since I use it and like it a lot, but, you may want to download the free K-9 and see if you have the same problem. The 2 apps are fairly closely related. If K-9 works K-10 should. It may just be a matter of clearing the cache in the mail client.
Your move.

It may also be worth contacting Cox. If I recall they recently changes some mail server settings. If you contact them make sure you let them know it is an Android device trying to connect as they may have specific servers for Android to work.

K-9 fixed the problem. It saw the same Java security issue but gave me a way around it. A visit to the COX site suggested that there was an issue between their server and android but I'm not savvy enough to travel that road. Thanks a million for the K-9 suggestion!
