Welcome to the forum. Android is a lot like Windows. I use a micro SD Card and a card reader to transfer all my music and movies from my PC. If you don't have a micro SD Card you will have to hook your charging cable into the Prime on 1 end and into a USB on your PC on the other end and the Prime will show up as another drive that you can drag and drop files to.

As for Flash, just go to the Market and download Adobe Flash. I'm not sure why you are using Fire Fox as your browser. I believe the best browser right now for the Prime is ICS browser + and you can get it in the Market too.

I am moving this to the Transformer Prime help section.

    Hi
    1. Download the user manual from the Asus website
    2. Do a factory reset on your device & start again (settings, privacy, factory reset). The first time you use the browser, it will lead you to get flash automatically.
    3. Do not perform the firmware update for a couple of days. Stay with 3.2 OS
    4. Read the links in my signature about Honeycomb 3.2 OS & familiarise yourself with android
    5. THEN do the firmware update to ICS 4 (settings, about tablet, system firmware update) & enjoy your device

Firefox is an excellent browser on your PC, but it is VERY poor in android. Don't bother with it.

Good luck with your new gadget.
