Can't select clock, on bottom right hand corner of screen

Very odd, i have reset my TF201 back to factory settings and reinstalled a few apps. I have noticed that I am unable to select the clock (Quick access link) down on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Anyone else noticed this

Not sure if the 200 has this option, but go to ASUS settings and look for any setting that locks that notification bar. You want to unlock it if you find it.

Does the notification list pop up? If yes, but you cannot get to the quick settings by tapping the clock, I think this is in the Settings - Asus Customized Settings of the stock ROM. Have a look in there for Quick Settings if I recall.

Thanks guys, it was very odd, in the end I popped out the SD card and put it back in and the options were available, I think it was somehow hanging trying to read the card, and as soon as it could it came back to life.
