I received the replacement today and everything seems to be there. I am glad that this fiasco is finally over. I am a bit disappointed though that I had to file a BBB complaint in order to get this resolved. Thanks everyone!

I just had the same issue with my ASUS Nexus 7. Sent it in for warranty repair and FedEx shows shipped to Georgia while I am in New York. I called up and they told me a supervisor would call me back shortly. Still never received a call...

That's exactly what happened to me. It ended up shipped to georgia and the RMA number on fedex was incorrect. I got nowhere with phone support. I would suggest you start with the ASUS escalations email and politely state your problem. If that doesn't work then the BBB is where I would go next.

I am having a similar experience - I am in the UK, and DHL lost my tablet on its way to the Czech Republic for repair. DHL agreed that they had lost it, and after several weeks, ASUS said they would send me a replacement tablet. However, despite endless emails, phone calls, letters to head office, I am still waiting. There has been no dispute, so I don't understand why I haven't been sent a replacement. I've tried emailing the executives listed in the post above, and also the head of ASUS UK - but no response. I've been advised by the Citizens Advice Bureau that I should take ASUS to court, and I have told ASUS that I intend to do this if I don't receive a replacement by the 6th of Feb. But they are still ignoring me....If anyone has any advice for me, it would be much appreciated.

Welcome gillsqf, sorry to hear that...court is such an expensive option. Only thing I can suggest is to keep peppering those email addy's, squeaky wheel and all that. I know it must be frustrating, these shipping problems -- I just don't get it. How hard it is? (...and odd that the tablets seem to make it one way fine...it's the round trip where problems arise.) Hopefully you'll hear from them - or get a replacement without having to take it farther. Cheers.
