Unable to restore a backup
I have a Asus Transformer Prime TF 201. Since its camera broke down, I had to give it for service. I had taken a back up. I chose not to use a password for the backup file.
Now I have received the unit back from repairs. But I am unable to restore it as the restore app insists that I provide a password. I have contacted Asus Support. The only answer I have is that I should have used a password during the backup. Does anyone have an idea how I can perform the restore?

Welcome to the forum
I disagree with the statement from support that you "should" have used a password. It should not have been necessary. Have you tried just going ahead with the restore to see if you can ignore that prompt. If so I know of no way to bypass it.
