Try So Far For Newegg To Take My Asus Transformer Prime

This maybe my first post, but I have been trying to talk to newegg about taking back my Asus Transformer Prime in exchange/return for a Infinity. I showed this guy posts from here about Best Buy, Amazon, and Gamestop.com taking back primes for their customers. I pointed out how Asus has not been getting back to me or offering a real fix, except a new tablet I have to buy. I also explained that they advertised it had GPS when I bought it, only to be removed. I was wondering if anyone else had an ideas of what I should do next? I plan on calling the manager tomorrow.

I personally think I have made my first and last purchase through Newegg. I thought they were on top of things but I ordered something last week and it took them 5 days just to respond that the order was accepted and will be shipped soon. If I had ordered it on Amazon, I would have had it in 2 days.


Oh well, the moral of this story is..... You Live, You Learn

Im glad to see a newegg support member respond to this thread.......I have had nothing but good things to say about newegg and their service.

I have purchased from Newegg numerous times and have also had excellent results with them. Though I have never needed to return anything.

Interested to see where this goes. I also bought my Prime through newegg and would love to get rid of it for a better working unit. I'm like others with poor wifi, no gps unable to use bluetooth and wifi at same time and some other little issues..

Because of this thread I finally decided to call Newegg and see my luck...right now they are in the process of talking to ASUS about any kind of resolution. I'll let you know what happens once Newegg gets back to me.
