How can I remove Jellybean OS from Tablet??
I upgraded my ASUS TF201 tablet to Jellybean OS and have had nothing but constant problems surfing the Net. The photos in Craigslist do not load any more, different pics in other web sites do not load. The so called smoother operating system is a POS & Android released this before Prime time. I want to reload ICS operating system. Does anyone know hoe to do this? Users beware, do not load the new Jellybean OS at this point, It is plagued with problems!
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for you advice.
I allready expressed my doubts about JellyBean in this forum. I intend to refuse the next firmware upgrade to JB. My tf101 functions well under ICS as it is.
Besides I fail to understand why a new OS is being released that obviously is not ready for practical use and that brings lots of users into nasty problems.
So again: JellyBean? No Thanks!

Hi Mike,
Did you follow the update process as outlined here...
TF300T firmware - JR003C.XX_epad-10.4.2.9-20120809 - update to jelly bean ready
That's the first thing to do...
Let us know how you get on.

And I just re-read your post & realised that to have updated a tf201 you must have manually flashed a non standard rom.
Therefore you know how to flash an ICS rom.
So why complain if a non stock rom is buggy

If you put jb on your 201, it isn't an Asus release its a custom rom. You cant blame anyone but yourself and the rom maker for your problems. Also sounds like you don't know the difference between the two. Given that, you should probably factory reset and operate your 201 on stock rom.

Where are you getting your information? Where did anyone quote JB as not practical? And who is having nasty problems?

I powered on the tablet a few days ago & was informed that a system update is available from ASUS. I clicked "update" & JB was installed. I did not go through any custom rom. Anyone else have problems w/ JB installed?

Do you have a tf201 or a tf300?

I have a custom JB on my TF101 and it blows ICS out of the water for smoothness.
I will say - you SHOULD wipe your tablet and REINSTALL your apps as it is a new OS.
If anyone does NOT want to upgrade, you should. It be clicking on update notifications and manually update.
I would also suggest disabling CMClient and DMClient to prevent it from even prompting.
In order to downgrade you will need to unlock your bootlader and install a custom recovery. Then flash ICS. Also wave goodbye to your warranty.
