Issues with tf201 latest Firmware 9.4.2.28

Hi guys these are the most recent bugs or glitches i've notice since the latest update.

. The wifi signal bar turns grey as if it is not connected, but the tablet is actually still connected to the network.
. Graphical glitches and errors on some screens, mainly the home screen. The back button at the bottom left of the screen glitches out and flickers on times (this bug was in previous firmware)
. Random sound loss occasionally occurs which requires a reset of the tablet to fix( Again in previous firmware)
. Recently alot of freezes have occured which have resulted in the tablet rebooted itself.

The last firmware (9.4.2.21) was alot more stable then this newer release, the sound and graphical glitches were not present, i also do not remember the random freezes, the wifi bug was still there though. Please hurry up and bring on the jelly bean update.

BTW, try a cold boot to clear your system, link below. You should find it helps a fair bit.

A sharp pin or needle in the reset hole on the TF 201 has been known to solve a lot of issues and just like a windows PC needing a reboot from time to time our Transformers need the same thing. Just remember that to use the reset hole just make sure your unit is on and give it a slight press. The screen will go black and then give you a fresh reboot.

Post back as to if that corrected your issues because .28 has seemed to be a pretty stable OS update so far.

    Hi Mickeylittle

Thanks for the advice, i have just tried the cold boot as Janner suggested. To be honest .28 has been terrible for me so far with the issues mentioned above, the constant resets and screen flickering have been terrible its like they skipped back to much older firmware, atleaset thats how it feels to me anyway

One of the main things that I hope Jelly Bean brings to the table is a smooth as silk Web Browsing experience as that is the major flaw that I see with these Android tablets to date. That and apps but app issue is up to developers.
