Havnt tried it yet but I just had the longest session of N.O.V.A. 3 I've had since I bought the game. It felt so good. Crossing my fingers that this becomes a new trend on my Prime.

Yup. me too. What a shame. Major feature for me, just took several plane trips and dealing with ear buds I had to purchase was painful, literally and figuratively. I think my ear canals and ear shape are not meant for buds, they never stay in or are painful to keep in. Guess I'll have to find a better wired headset that's not too bulky.

Another successfull update here! No problems encountered during the update and it took less than 10 minutes. Going to check it out, see ya!

Downloaded and installed in Canada last night. Tested things out this morning. Face unlock works very well. Browser much quicker. I was about to post that I did not have any not responding messages after doing my morning surfing but when I went to the XDA site I got my first not responding message. So the problem is not fixed....but it`s massively improved. I used to get 5-10 messages like that while reading my morning news. I also find that page loads are much faster. I haven`t had a chance to test wifi strength yet as I have my morning coffee pretty close to my router.

Updated last night. Stock browser and dolphin hd seem to be running better. Face unlock works surprisingly well, but apparently not in the dark. I still msgs saying the process android.media is not responding though.

Hmmm? Did you do a cold boot? I did a cold boot before and after and wifi seems better for me and most others. Make sure all caches are cleared out.

How do you do a cold boot? And is there a way to clear all caches easily?

After messing around a little with .28 I can find NO improvements. Wifi still weak, GPS non-existant (I refuse to use that dongle), bluetooth STILL lags, I have no use for facelock and to top it off now Asus Task Manager's widget looks like this on my screen:



Note that there are 3 tasks in view but there are 10 that it finds. It will scroll but the blank area stays blank! So now I wonder what else isn't going to display properly? Thanks Asus!
