I sent an email to ASUS, although I can't imagine I'll get any sort of helpful response. My hope of recovering our stuff is quickly fading.

the website is Asus Device Tracker
I'm getting the same error message on my 64gb prime. I still haven't accepted the OTA update yet. I am wanting to root for several reasons but first wanted to do my research, so I suppose if it doesn't work till I have ICS running, Then i will have to wait.
You should check out Lookout at the android market online. They have a new app seperate from there normal security app that you may be able to push to the device. It is designed to be sent to a lost or STOLEN device. Not sure if phones only or not but worth a try. I hate thiefs and wish you the best of luck.
Did you have your charge cable with it. If the battery is dead, if will need charged 1st. The thief may have no clue what the device is or where to get a cable. It then needs connected to wifi to recieve a notification. Have you filed a report with your police station? Your serial # is on the bottom of the box it came in( I'm sure you knew that but, jic).
Okay, just looked up the app. It's called 'Plan B'. Hope this helps.

Awesome! Thanks! It sure doesn't hurt. No, I still have the power cord for it (and for my laptop that was in the same bag). It was docked but I would imagine the battery is dead by now. Doesn't hurt to try, I'll look it up. Thanks!!
Well, I sent it to the Prime. We'll see if it work for a tablet or not. Doesn't hurt to try.

first of all i get:
'this page has insecure content... ' with chrome(beta), np with firefox.
then when i use Sign in with Google gives:

Page not found.
i was getting the message that my TF101/gingerbread was not supported. had to be ICS. my tf101 is ics. my guess is this thing is in the process of getting fixed aws.

Devicetracker is a failure
Impossible to login with a registered asus account. Have tried everything possible, doesn't matter what I do. Can't log in with ASUS-ID, registered EMAIL, with lower case password, uppercase password, from the transformer, from the computer.
NOTHING works.
Epic fail.
