Do you use your touchpad ??

I've been using my Prime now for about a month now.
Aside from browsing of course, I am using the Prime more and more for typing test.
I've found that with the touchpad enabled I kept touch it, send of the cursor all over the screen.
So, by now, I have disable the touchpad permanently and don't really miss it at all. If I need to adjust the cursor, it is faster to use the touch screen itself rather than the touchpad.

So, my question is, do YOU use the touchpad a lot ??

I've had my TF101 since May 2011. The Dock is almost always attached. And the touchpad for me is always disabled. But my wife has tiny fingers with loads of control and she has the touchpad always ON. She loves the circle thingy. I'm like you and just touch the screen to get around, but it's fingers off the screen for her. Go figure? But that's what's so great about out Transformers, all the options.

I use it occasionally to click links that for whatever reason can be impossible to trigger using the touchscreen.

I use it only when I'm too lazy to lean forward and touch the screen

I leave the touchpad off and only enable it every so often if I need it. It can be quite the pain...!

p.s. There is a key on the top row of your dock keys that lets you enable/disable the touchpad. (At least on my TF101 dock there is, not sure about PRIME).

I am still getting used to the small keyboard. The touchpad looked great on paper but in the real world it jumps your cursor all over the place...

    I agree with you completely.
As far as the keyboard is concerned, I like it a lot.
When compared to my normal PC keyboard (HP), my standard keyboard is it's about a inch wider at the mos, but I acutally think the Prime's keyboard is just about perfect.
