Contract Code & Password ?

I am trying to register my Prime for the extended warranty, and it asks for contract code and password. It says it is on the warranty card. There is a label with my SN. Otherwise I have no clue! Anyone?

Yes...I registered and became a member and registered my Prime. Don't we have to sign up for the extended warranty that they have granted for the Prime? If so, then that is what I am trying to do.

I'm assuming that the extended warranty you are referring too is because you are in the UK. If so it's automatic. If you purchased a separate extended warranty that's what they are asking about.

I am in the US, and thought that our warranty was extended due to the issues the Tablet was having...do we have to register for that extended warranty, or is it automatic? I think I am good to go then. I have not purchased an extended warranty thru ASUS. (Square Trade for me!!!)

Might be the same as happened to me registering my Sapphire graphics card with Sapphireclub, I had to find some special gold VIP code which turned out to be on another postcard sized piece of card in the box
