Glitch with You Tube App?

I purchased the TF201 from Game Stop and was running Honey Comb with no issues at all. I decided to upgrade to Ice Cream sandwich 4.0 and now I notice if I click the You Tube App on the home screen the screen will glitch when it starts to open the page? It was not doing that before in Honey Comb. I went back to Game Stop traded the tablet for another one last night as they are the only ones in town where it's in stock and same thing. was running fine on Honey Comb. I was debating on weather to upgrade and over careful thought I figured why not??? Now it too has the glitch? If you by pass the home screen app and open You Tube from all apps then it loads just fine? I have a friend who purchased his tablet from Best Buy and he has no issues. Am I the only one who notices this? It seems to get worse if you open the app form the home screen 4 or 5 times in a row then it will glitch almost every time? It's hit or miss? Has any one else had this issue? I wonder if it's just the Game Stop Tablets? Can any one please give me some input? Ohh I did a factory reset option on my last tablet as a last resort thinking just maybe might fix it, it removed all the Game Stop pre loaded games and their app and still had the glitch?

No I had that happen to me too. I don't have a gamestop prime tablet. Mine from Staple.com
I noticed this problem occurred after upgrading to ICS. It might be a bug in the Youtube app on ICS.

Wow.. I never would have noticed that if I had not read this thread... mine flashes for a split second but loads fine. Really though, it looks as though you're just looking for an excuse to return your Prime. Assuming we are talking about the same thing.

Thanks. I know it was fine before ICS upgrade. It's not bad but I did notice it. es it will flash then load fine. Glad I'm not alone. Thanks to all that commented.

I too have a TF-201 with a "Youtube App Glitch" but it's nothing like @merk_150's glitch. For me, regardless of shortcut, from the home screen or the apps menu, when I launch "YouTube App", it opens to the "selection grid" then fails and says... "Unfortunately, YouTube has stopped". However, it worked fine on Honey Comb. YouTube works fine with Dolphin HD but Flash site are a problem when using the pre-loaded Browser. What's up with that?

The youtube app development team needs to get off their duffs and get their app updated. That's the problem.

It is not ICS, seems to be the last update. Mine worked fine last time I used, like a week ago. Probably a factory reset will work?

Nope. Pretty much everybody is reporting problems, probably updated something on the site servers and never updated the app...
