Charging "Tingly" feeling
Yesterday I noticed that when the Asus Prime is charging and you rub your fingers lightly on the back, it feels as if a small current is going through the back and produces that "tingly" feeling.
Would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this
Steps to reproduce;
- Connect your Asus Prime to the charger
- Place the Prime on a table with a quarter of the back out of the table "Edge" (if you hold it you won't feel it)
- rub your fingers lightly on the back of it towards the middle and you should feel the tingle
Tried serveral times and I noticed it more when the screen is on as well. Might return it because of this, if there is something loose internally it's just a matter of time for something to give, was really enjoying it, great tablet it's too bad that Asus didn't add some more people during the testing phase, with all these issues poping up because of the chasis.
Thanks

TRANSFORMER FORUMS LEGEND
Welcome to the forum.
This has been covered a few times here, but it can be difficult to know what to search for.
The issue is that in the US you can insert the wall wart in 2 different ways. One way you get the tingly feeling, if you flip the wall wart 180 degrees the tingly feeling will go away.
UK users do not have to worry about this since their plug is 3 prong.
EDIT - here are some of the threads from the OG TF:
