    Mine is showing same thing, been that way since the 11th. Sent in for severe screen bleed and wifi issues.

    For my inquiry at CS today
    Just a note to French-Canadians, I took the french line today and did not wait. I waited for more than 10 minutes on the English line and hung up.

    Does Canada have better consumer protection laws than the US? I know that when Sony pulled linux from the PS3, people in the UK got some recompense. Maybe they will only fix in Canada ;-p *goes away as he is being negative*

    I am not too sure on USA VS CANADA is that ASUS has to offer bilingual help (French and English), documentation has to be bilingual (manuals, keyboards etc...)
    AS well as our BBB is directly linked with the Government and we have seen some bans on some products happen due to problems with companies. For the PS3, Canada also got some recompenses as well (downloads (free games)

    Got confirmation from UPS that they delivered it a few hours ago. No update on the RMA status. It says they have not received it. (Understandable. But if still says that by this time tomorrow I may get pissed)

    If you don't hear anything in the next few days, call CS to inquire to see if they changed your RMA # like they did for me.

    Has anyone received a Prim back from RMA at this point? I have not seen any post if anyone has. When I sent mine in I was told 7 day turnaround, that didn't happen. It seems that not only did ASUS release a product with no QC they also did not have theforesight to stock replacement parts.

    what is your status? when did they get your Prime?
