Westcoast I agree with you 100% but I guess I am going to ride this circus ride for another couple of weeks to see IF Asus has either a fix, a plan, or a statement of some kind to show us that we matter to them. Business is business and I understand that but there are ways to communicate to your customers and while I agree that telling your customers that they are holding the phone wrong is just asinine, it is much better than utter silence! Besides, I did score a great case for my phone and that did help with the calls!
