Adobe DRM authorization in My Library?

Hey, I'm wondering if I'm alone with this problem.

I cannot authorize my Transformer for the Adobe DRM content. If I open My Library - Adobe DRM setting and type in my Adobe ID and password, I get a error "Incorrect Adobe ID or Password". But both Adobe ID and password are obviously correct, I can log in on the Adobe webpage without any problem.

Also I cannot connect to the vibe bookstore, I get "Connection Failed" error.

So what's up with the My Library app. Any idea?

    Thanks a lot.

Hello and welcome to the Forum. Let's see if we can get this resolved for you. Go to Settings>Apps>All. Scroll down to My Library and tap Clear Data then Force Stop. Now shut down and restart your TF. Re-enter your ID and Password and see if this fixes the issue.

Hey Jeffrey, thanks for the reply but sadly it didn't work. Vibe still cannot connect and Adobe DRM still reports incorrect ID or password. The thing is I cannot log to my Adobe account neither from MyLibrary nor from Aldiko. Could it be some kind of region specific problem? My Transformer has been bought and is operated in the Czech Republic. Thanks.

I assume your FW Ver is WW. If so I doubt it's a regional thing. You can confirm this if you have access to a VPN. This is a long shot.. what if you login from your PC and do a password change. Then try it from the TF

I had the same problem... connecting to my PC and authorizing the tablet through Adobe Digital Editions did the trick.

I have the same problem and have been trying to fix for 3 days...my main reason for the Asus prime was to read the books I get from my library
... can you explain... connecting to my PC and authorizing the tablet through Adobe Digital Editions did the trick. I have no idea what to do...looked so simple
Thanks...If I succeed, will keep my ASUS that I love with ICS
