TF101 to Prime
If upgrading how do you transfer your paid for Apps?
Do you just login with your market password and download?

There is an app included with the latest firmware called "App Backup" you can use that to create a file to store and transfer your apps with.
Once you are on the new TF - you run that app and point it to the backup file you created and it will reinstall everything you backed up
