I've tried some new thing since I submitted this post:

    I found [HOW-TO] Unbrick your Transformer Prime (or not) - Page 35 - xda-developers #341

I followed it, and actually got a CWM up and running which got ADB working. Small victory

But but but... Then I tried to get a ROM installed 2 ways:

    - Fastboot flash system blob (the stock-blob-file):
That but the tablet back in the former state; erasing the CWM and left me in boot-loop. Then I redid the steps in ealier mentioned post and yey its was back up with CWM and ADB..

    - Flashing ROM via CWM:
When I tried this, CWM kept telling me "E: can't mount /sdcard"
Does anybody have an idea of how to the /sdcard mounted when it says it cant??
I read and I read... I found someone emplying that NVFlash could solve my problem, so I found this link: http://androidroot.mobi/t3_nvflash/ and did up until "fastboot -i 0x0b05 boot nvfblobgen.img" - It didnt seem to generate the promised files.. but that might be because the internal SD-card is unmountable - ??

what the NVFlash-link made me do (changing the bootloader??? do you know?) now has made it impossible for me to flash the CWM-img.. so now I even cant use the earlier mentioned unbrick-guide to get CWM working

Please, anyone who can help me ?

Ok, good progress! Whatever you did to get CWM on there, do it again, just use a different recovery. Most likely THIS would be my recommendation as it is made to work with the new bootloader. It sounds like you just have the wrong version of CWM at this point

One more question - the reason why the SDCard it unmountable, could that be because I've lost root? :s or something?

no, /sdcard/ is the directory the user has access to by default, it usually has to do with the file system layout, in ICS it is /mnt/sdcard/ in jellybean it is /mnt/sdcard0/. That is usually the biggest issue as far as I have heard.

So depending on the CWM it might simply look for the wrong location?

That just makes me wanna hit my head against a wall As I see it, it means that I was almost where I needed to be, just with a different CWM/TWRP.. Silly..

Cos... I've tried with both JB and ICS versions of TWRP.. and no matter what I try to flash nothing is coming up when I reboot.. Is there a way to get my old bootloader back ?
