You need android sdk, which has adb (android debug bridge.) Sdcard is tf201 and tf101 internal memory, latest cwm doesnt access external SD
    Heres a link

    Once all setup with adb, download http://dl.dropbox.com/u/13093938/XDA...40511-1908.zip and place on desktop. No need to extract, it just needs to be pushed through adb into your tf like so;

    Open cmd prompt
Should open on c:\ documents and settings\username\
    From there, type cd\
New command line comes up as c:\
Now, in " my computer", find the android- SDK/ platform tools, and drag platform tools folder to cmd prompt window( this will keep you from having to type all the commands)
Now, cmd line should look like this; c:\android-sdk\platform-tools\( this is if you were extract android sdk to c:\folder, which i recommend.)
    Hook up your tf
Type "adb devices" in cmd line, should bring up a serial, if not, drivers may not have installed correctly.
Have the folder with your new cwm open in the background to drag and drop into command line window
If serial comes up, type "adb push (here is where you drag your cwm) / sdcard/Download/
May take a couple shots for daemon to start, and you may encounter errors, just keep trying by pushing the up arrow once, itll retype everything for you to save time
Cmd will let you know its pushed to device
Open your existing cwm, navigate to install zip from sdcard/download/ recovery 3.1.0.1 etc. And install that
Follow the guide from goodintentions from step 4 on

Hopefully I have offered some help for ya here, let me know if you have any questions, I'll be happy to help

BTW, step 6 is of the UTMOST importance. I didnt do this step, froze my tf right up, i was very persistent in making mine work, but following his steps should be the fix

Sorry for the delay. You are right, the tf should be on and in cwm
Charge it up some, it should be booting into cwm

I have a similar issue with the CWM recovery 5.5.0.4 and the worst part, I think is that my USB debbug is disable.
Every restore mode doesn't work in my case. But in your case, try to update thru the USB way.
