I am finally upgrading my tf101 to the 701T...hopefully gets here next week... Does anyone know an easy way to transfer my files from 1 device to the other without manually doing it through the google store? Thanks in advance, face

You don't really need to transfer the apps. If you use the same account they will be available to re-install. Trying to backup the apps and restoring to a different device can be a problem. Best to start clean.

Well, your apps will be available through your Google account. But personal files??? I don't think so..

A couple of easy ways to get files and pictures to your new device:
Dropbox in connection with Dropsync
Google Drive
The Superbeam app transfers files from one Android device to another over WiFi pretty darn fast.
