I need firmware/android to reinstall on my TF700

Hello guys, I have this device I need to fix, can you please help me?

I know of the guide, but the OP saying that he'll give the link if you message him hasn't been active since 2018. It's basically the only one without a link, and looking on the Internet, I couldn't find links to any downloads except for the official Asus site one. Too bad the site doesn't show TF700 anymore (they don't support it anymore, I guess?).

I want to reinstall Android because the device is in a boot loop, and won't even turn off if it still has battery.
