    [SOLVED] Asus TF700KL stuck on boot screen

    Hi guys

    Hope you can help me with this one. I purchased a tf700kl from my local store this month and i have a recurring problem.

    For some reason when i turn my tablet off it always gets stuck in boot screen when i turn it on again (the one where the silver ASUS logo flashes)

    The only way i have succesfully entered the tablet os again is by doing a factory reset. But that only worked until i turned it off again. Then the same problem occured.

    Anybody know how to solve this issue?

    Its a TF700KL
    It asked for a firmware update to 4.1.1 and i installed that
    I have installed several APPS on it. Very common and all from Google Play (no unsecure apps)

    Hi Aron,

    Welcome to the forum

    Given your device is this new, has been doing this for a while & you have already Factory Reset it, I would recommend that you return it to your store for a replacement. It really shouldn't be doing that.

    After poking arround a bit with trial and error factory resets i found out that it is the app called Acalender+ that is causing the crashes. hope this helps other unfortunate users out there

    That is great news I am glad you were able to track down a particular app - it can be a real chore to identify what is the cause of these issues - you did a great job.
