I would reinstall the OS or contact Asus for a fix.
You need to know your SKU version.
Settings - About - Build. The build number has 2 letters after "epad" like WW, US, TW, etc.
Once you have this, go to the Asus support site (links are in my Forum Favorited in my signature) and get the lates firmware for your SKU.
Unzip it once. It will still be a zip file. Rename to "epad_update.zip"
Place on a microSD formatted for FAT32 it in the /sdcard/ directory.
Next, hold VOL DOWN and POWER buttons on the tablet for 12-15 sec until you see some small white text. Release both buttons and tap VOL UP before the text disappears.
You will then see Android upgrading, or Andy on his back with a Ted exclamation mark. If you see the latter, the update failed.
This method (of downloading the latest firmware, putting it on your tablet and rebooting to recovery) IS reinstalling the OS.
The ONLY other method is to unlock your bootloader (permanently voiding your warranty) and installing a custom recovery and installing the same update using CWM or TWRP.
Oh, and you will not get OTA updates after you unlock the bootloader from what I have heard.
