I have a non-rooted Infinity. Can someone explain how to back up apps prior to a factory reset, in preparation for the Jelly Bean rollout?
Thanks,

Ok....When I got the .30 update OTA things seemed a little worse to me. I want to run the update again (before I update to JB) from the downloaded file I got from Asus support site. How do I do that? I'm completely stock.
