Hi Kevinthefixer! I have the same issue as dd but I can see it says unlocked. windows 10 does see it in device but as ?????????? Mine did this when I tried to update TWRP and cryogen mod.....I am not very skilled at the computer thing and some times it gets me into this kind of issue.
If you have time I would be very very thankful for some help.
I could see 3 options which is RCK , ANDROID , and Wipe Data. But when I press any of them I get unrecoverable error on all of them.

The good news is that your unlocked bootloader allows an easier fix. First read up:
Beginners Guide to flashing a custom ROM on TF700T
Pay special attention to the part about making sure you have the latest bootloader. If you do, great, proceed to flashing TWRP. If not, search XDA for one of the packages with both bootloader and TWRP to flash. In either case, you will have to set up fastboot drivers on your PC, and on Windows 10 that can be daunting at best, impossible at worst. But you're not going anywhere without a working fastboot connection. If you just can't get it working on Win10, try my live Linux CD linked in my sig, it's bailed a couple people out.

BTW Cyanogenmod may not be the best choice for a TF700, but of course it's likely to be much better than stock. My 700 likes KatKiss, but any ROM that supports /data on f2fs is going to flat smoke one that doesn't. AFAIK CM does not. It does wonders for my LG 'phone though.

Actually - since he gets an unrecoverable bootloader error on RCK I would think it's time for a buster99.
But first you have to get fastboot drivers installed under Win10. Read my guide and get that done. Once the PC recognizes the fastboot interface we can guide you further.

    Two possible reasons:
You do not have the correct drivers installed
You do not have the original USB cable, instead you got a cheap charge-only cable which is missing the connectors for data

Sorry for the slow reply, the internet at my home here in Thailand is giving me issues with this site. So I need to get boot loader working first? And I do not care what Rom I use to run android as long as it works good on the tf700. I installed the adb-setup 1.4.3 but can not get it to run under windows 10? I will check back often as I can to keep you updated on my progress

So, this might be a stupid question? Is fast boot the same as twrp? If so that is what I need to get running first, right?
As far as roms I just want a rom that works good and does not lag like stock does. Katkiss would be fine as long as my dock works and the ports all work. I will listen to you guys because you for sure have been there and done that at least 1 time

Fastboot--all one word--is one way to communicate between PC and Droid, it is used while in the bootloader screen with the 3 icons (also known as fastboot mode). It is very similar to ADB in that it's a command-line utility, but you use ADB when either Android or recovery is running, and fastboot when the bootloader is running. Team Win Recovery Project is a custom recovery that allows you to do much more than the stock recovery, which is pretty much limited to wiping data and installing stock firmware. Normally you'd use fastboot to flash TWRP, then use TWRP to flash your ROM. And it's strongly recommended to read, re-read, and understand @DB's Guide before you start flashing. And of course, you're going exactly nowhere until you have fastboot up & running, which can be a real pain on Win10. If you just can't get it going on Windows, try my Linux live-CD linked in my sig.

Ok, first a big thank you for the help you are giving me. I was able to get twrp running. But, I did it with fastboot and the directions from twrp I had to rename the file to just twrp to get it to install. I took the newest twrp install and now have twrp on the screen. But, not sure what Rom to try. Katkiss or zombie pop? I will wait to see what you guys think. Thanks again.

I'd start with KK. But you are not limited to one! Install KK, run it for a couple weeks, shoot a Nandroid backup in TWRP, wipe it and install ZombPop and try that for a while. And/or Cyanogenmod, just rinse & repeat. The whole question "What's the best ROM for this device?" is meaningless: the real question is "what is the best ROM for me?" and only you can answer that, and only after some experimentation.

Go for KatKiss or Katshmallow. Zombi-Pop is a great rom but it slows down with use quite a bit. So does any rom but with Zombi it's pretty noticeable. You basically have to format data and reinstall every 3 months to keep it running at an acceptable speed. With katKiss you only need to do it every 6 months, even once a year if you're not picky. But Kevin is right: Setup a couple of roms to your liking and switch by restoring TWRP nandroids.
