Need HELP in dealing with ASUS support for broken infinity dock/tablet

Well I went to their online chat support yesterday. My 700 is boxed, RMA is on the outside and will be dropped off at UPS today or tomorrow....

I can say it was quick easy and a good experience. so far....

I'd advise you to take pictures and videos of the tablet (including putting it in the shipping box) so you have evidence of the tablet's condition before shipment. I hope everything works out for you.

I dropped it off at UPS yesterday. After I left there I went to, of all places, Wal Mart. I came VERY close, VERY close, to getting a Toshiba AT15LE-A32 Excite. I decided to wait and see what happens with Asus first.

ewwwww...I saw those reviews after I got home yesterday..might be a good thing I didn't take the plunge.

Man, that is big bucks when it's 499.99 here in most places. I dunno why anyone would order off Amazon when you can go to toshiba direct and get it for 499.00 or Wal Mart..I wouldn't be afraid to buy there...it's some of the patrons that scare me....

I am quite surprised at that, most tablets I have seen in BC tech stores have echoed the manufacturer's price in US $ even with the Canadian dollar below par. I am surprised that Toshiba model is even $500 to begin with as it appears tly doesn't have much going for it other than build quality from the reviews I've seen.

The market is currently lacking in high quality android 10 inch tabs while everyone is fixed on producing in the 7 and 8 inch range. The exact opposite was the case when I bought mine (pre nexus 7), every small tablet was lacking in quality and specs
