Newbie Question..Patience Pls..Can I Load My own Apps WIthout Rooting??

Asus Tf700T.....Newbie question.. Hope I'm not sounding too confusing...Instead of going to the Google Play Store and et.,al sites to download apps, Is there a [software] program that I can use to load/install my own apps or unpaid app Without Rooting???

Thanking you beforehand for your patience and replies.

Just go into security settings and allow unknown sources. What you will is side load the app onto the tablet and click it in the tablet, it will ask to install. But installing paid apps without paying is stealing so it is not suggested, even though I have personally done so to try apps, I have never kept any.

Thanks for reply.. A co-worker has a music app and a movie app that he has on a flash drive.... He assured me that they are not pirated, just some Android apps that have been openly passed around the office and not for sale or resale. He's not trying to make money on the Black Market...Better sound and better movie for the tablet..

Just be careful. You must have the copyright's holders permission to give software away.

Hope you know him well. The reason I say this is it's kind of like having unprotected sex. The apps he's giving you may have malware inbedded in them . Probably not but you never no.
