Tablet won’t charge

Welcome to the forum Alsonia. First step is to try a trickle charge, by connecting it to a PC via USB for several hours and see if that gets it started. If if does, finish off with the regular charger. If it doesn't work, some additional info would be helpful: age of device; how long since last charge; etc.

I tried that several times. At first, I thought my charger was damaged so I bought a new one, but the problem still exists. Then after a few days, I tried charging it again and it works. I guess, the room temperature has something to do with that so the technique is not let your tab be totally drained. I'm not saying that this is correct, I'm just sharing what worked on me.
