    Post Unlock password problem

    Hi,

I decided to unlock my TF700T Infinity so I can install custom ROM, I think about Crombi-KK. So following all thoes guides I could find on internet, I downloaded ASUS Unlock app, but every time when I enter my G-mail password, it says it is invalid. I tried to turn on unsecured app option in G-mail but it did not help.

    Any suggestion?

Yes, this is a known problem. @droidbound covers it well here, and while you're at it read the whole thing before you start:

Beginners Guide to flashing a custom ROM on TF700T

@DB has distilled nearly all the available information regarding this procedure on this tablet into a couple of pages of required reading, and we are all in his debt.

While waiting for response, I searched for How to increase "Infinity" performance and as one thread suggested, I disabled blootware and at least for now it really increased my tablets performance.

Ok, I deleted my Google acount and everything went well. Untill... I managed to get to:

    fastboot devices
    fastboot -i 0x0B05 flash recovery twrp.blob
    fastboot reboot

And than that green light around RCK doesnt flash and I can not move it to boot my device. It does not boot automaticly either. But I can turn on my device if I press Volume down + PWR buttons.

    What should I do?

Which version of TWRP? I recommend this one:

    [RECOVERY] KANG TWRP TF700T 2.8.x.x@AREA51 J… | Asus Transformer TF700 | XDA Forums

And try again, with a different USB port, make sure it's USB2 (black) not USB3 (blue). Preferably one in the back of the PC, not a front port. Also make sure twrp.blob is in the same folder as fastboot (are you using minimal adb & fastboot?)

If you still have problems, please post the terminal output here.

With TWRP you provided, it shows this.

You have a confusing post in another thread, please edit it. Did you try a different USB port? You might try rebooting both devices. If all else fails try the Linux live-CD linked in my signature, often Linux will work when Windows just won't. Another option is to try a different PC altogether.

You have file extensions hidden in Explorer. Uncheck the "hide known file extensions" option in Win Explorer. I bet you got a double extension when you renamed the TWRP file.
