Exclamation Please Help! Brick Tablet, Unable To Mount Internal Storage via Recovery

Please Help! I think a previous system wipe was interrupted by a power failure. I have access to fastboot and recovery (twrp 2.6.1.0), but there is no OS. Any attempts at wiping from recovery return failure to mount system, cache, and data partition messages. I cannot manually mount any of them either. I have had this issue with this version of twrp, the latest version of twrp, the latest version of CWM, and possibly the latest version of philz (there is a chance it was able to mount system and cache, but not data). I am kind of at a loss for what to do, because I cannot install a new OS without being able to mount these partitions.

Note: I can access fastboot via SDK, adb is giving me some issues but I have been able to use it, and I can access the microSD card

    Welcome to the forum @lightleaks89

Edit: Actually, before you do any of the below, post your bootloader version please. end edit

Just for future reference to anybody who might read this thread in the future: It's never a good idea to wipe /system from recovery unless you know exactly why. Any rom installer I have ever seen formats /system before installing a new rom. So there's no upside to it whatsoever. For the downside see above ^^^^^

    Ok, let's solve your pickle.
It sounds as if you should have adb access in recovery. You gotta format your /data partition in an adb shell and then flash the rom.

Load your rom on a microSD. Choose a rom that's compatible with your current bootloader and recovery - the latter is pretty old... is the same true for your bootloader? Make sure you have a working combination here.

Then boot to recovery and check if you have adb access with
    Code:
    adb devices
If you're good, start an adb shell and format data with these commands
    Code:
    adb shell
    make_ext4fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p8
Once it is finished try to flash your rom from your microSD.
    Good luck

Every problem is slightly different and so is the solution. Post your problem with as many specifics as you can (hint: " .... does not work" is not helpful...)
You may have ruined your partition table, so what do you have on the tablet right now, what's working and what's not and how did you get there?
