Rooted TF700 will not boot

my TF700 will not boot anymore, when i press the power button it says the device is unlocked at the top left, shows the asus logo and the tegra logo but wont do anything else... if i hold the power button and the volume down button it immediately says at the top right that its booting recovery kernal image, i have no option to select anything else... also, if i hold the power button down in an attempt to shut it off, it automatically turns back on

so... what do i do now?

hey... i was able to get my computer to detect APX mode by holding the volume up and power button.. so i guess i can now get it to communicate with my PC, should be able to use nvflash to unbrick it, right?

Did you install ClockWorkMod Recovery or TeamWinRecovery?

If so, hold VOL DOWN and POWER for about 10-12 seconds, hit VOL UP to enter RCK (recovery)

Also, what was going on prior to this happening? Were you rooted? Running stock? Had you just unlocked and this is the first reboot?

i was rooted, and i was trying to do a factory reset but it froze during the factory reset... if i hold down volume and power it goes straight to "booting recovery kernel image" and then does nothing more, i cant get to the screen that allows me to select anything

if i hold volume + and power, the screen stays black but it shows up when connected to my computer, i have the apx driver installed for it too... but i dont know if this will help me do anything or not

can someone atleast tell me if this is fixable or not?.. if not, could i still get the factory to fix it for me? or not at all even if i were to pay?

Just did a little searching for you and found your thread at XDA. If those guys can't help you, I think you're going to have to send it off.

You could try going through THIS THREAD really really well (read every post) and see if anything in there can help you.

well in case this means something to anyone... heres what comes up if i hold volume down and power

hmm.. im reading asus gives you the tool to unlock it, voiding your warrenty on a bootloader that is unrecoverable should it be bricked... are they trying to lure people into paying more money to them?... this seems very shady to me, and it would appear if i had just one bootloader version lesser than the one i have no, i would have had this unbricked days ago.... this makes me pretty angry... and its not the first time asus has treated me poorly... i think ill pay to have this unbricked, sell it, then buy something else
