Just got my 700. 2 quick ?'s

Hi,

The tablet came with a small instruction sheet which I immediately misplaced

1. So quick question: Am I supposed to charge it for several hours before use? How many hours?

2. I also see the 700's charger looks just like my 101's charger. Are they interchangeable?

When I got my 700 I gave it the initial 8 hour charge. That seems to be the number that floats around here. And the TF101 charger is the same except my 700 came with a longer cord finally!
