What is... they scratched the dimples out of a customers property
and failed to compensate or even admit it.

...and yeah, I guess I'm just happy they did not lose it.

I did no mean to say that it was a good thing just that thankfully it's not used much. Not sure if the scratch affects performance or usability. Sorry if you thought I was condoning the problem.

I've only removed the sd card once to upgrade from 32 to 64GB. If I want to copy I use the USB slots. I'm beginning to think there are 10 types of Asus users, one that understands binary and delicate electronics, and the other who is fat fingered and clumsy. I've personally had various transformers for over two years, and all work perfectly well. I manage about 100 units at work, and only a few have had problems.
