I just purchased this card from Amazon:
SanDisk 64GB Mobile Ultra MicroSDXC Class 10 UHS-1 30MB/s Memory Card with SD Adapter (NEW VERSION) - Retail Packaging with Komputerbay SDXC USB Reader
It came formatted with exFAT. I plugged it in with the USB adapter into my Windows 7 PC and copied a 1.6GB movie to it. I plugged it into the docking station slot, recognized it and played the movie with no problem. I plugged it into the tablet microSD slot and again played the movie with no problem.
I have had my tablet for about a month and loving it.
ASUS Transformer Pad TF700T

after putting the card in the tablet, did you do a reboot? its not really needed, but it works sometimes. do you have any other android devices that you can test the card in?

Can't be a problem with the card since the tablet recognizes it when it is plugged in thru the dock and when it is plugged in thru the tablet power port with the ASUS adaptor.

Also, rebooted several times with card in tablet.

An aside here...when I tried to format my card to FAT32 in an Win XP laptop it only recognized about 29GB as its capacity.

This is a problem i ran into as well. I formatter my card and got the 29gb. That was using my work pc which is windows. I use Linux at home, so i was able to reformat and get the full 64gb (actually, 63).

All these card and formatting issues really suck! You would think they would have all been resolved by now....and not just with tablets.
