Are you SURE of that? The firmware update is still only 4.0.3... Jelly Bean is 4.1

OK. so after rebooting I found that I did not receive the Jellybean update. The tablet is still reporting Android 4.0.3 ...

I checked the Asus Download Support website and I noticed that there are 4 new firmware download on their site for the TF700t. However, none of the new ones are Jelly Bean 4.1. They are still all 4.0.3. Still, they have been recently added because I checked a few hours ago and those 4 new download weren't added yet. Maybe they are getting ready to put it on, who knows. I hope! Does anyone actually know what the new ones are though?

Those are new firmware updates that most infinity owners were automatically prompted to install so long they didn't unlock their device. All 4 files include identical upgrades; however they are for specific build number. So CN, TW, US, etc are region specific.

Now there are 5 new downloads on the Asus Support site. But it still says 4.0.3. It is starting to annoy me a bit. Where is our Jelly Bean update?

The HC to ICS update on the tf101 & tf201 was worse...

Yeah but they keep getting me exited by sending these new updates to the TF700. I get an update message and think it's JB and I find out it's not. That is quite annoying

I used to own a TF201 and the update from HC to ICS was great. It wasn't until the firmware update in April that my tablet became a paper weight.
