Internal memory unable to mount - any way to replace internal memory card?

As the title says, my TF300 cannot mount the internal memory. I have tried everyway I know how via TWRP and nothing will mount the internal memory. It is just locked up. I am even unable to wipe internal memory via TWRP as it will not mount. If I reinstall cleanroom 3.4.6 (which I have been running for several months with no issues) I can get the unit to boot up, but it locks up and reboots continuously within 30 seconds of booting to the desktop. I believe since the internal memory is locked up the unit shuts down and reboots. Is it possible to open up the unit and replace the internal memory? Or is there another possible fix for my now bricked tab? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. | have moved your thread from TF300 General Discussion to the TF300 ROM section of the forum where you should get some advice shortly.

I don't believe there is a user/owner method to replace the internal memory. It looks like you have a ROM problem unrelated to the internal memory itself.

I'm fairlyy sure it's not a rom problem - as I said, TWRP cannot even access internal memory - it can see it but cannot access it. I cannot even wipe internal memory and have tried several times. As I mentioned, I have been running this rom for months with zero problems. I suppose I can try to install another rom just to be sure that is not the problem. However, does anyone know if there is a removeable SD card that Asus uses for internal memory? I seem to remember that my TF101 had a removeable SD card mounted as internal memory and if the TF300 is the same then theoretically should it not be replaceable?

it is only called sdcard in the file hierarchy. The memory chip is soldered right to the board. You would have one heck of a time replacing it...

As btmetcalf said, it's not (not in the TF101 and not in any of the other ARM transfomers). Technically it's eMMC, and probably a soldered-in BGA package and as you can see from the Wikipedia picture it has several rows of solder points underneath so you can't unsolder one of those without an oven and that would only work well if that one was the only chip on the motherboard.. so it's a non-replaceable component.
On the other hand eMMC-type flash memory doesn't break often. It's more likely that it's somehow incorrectly flashed.
