Dropped it, broke it sent it in with a RMA #. I've been waiting 2 1/2 weeks just for the email. Got it "elevated" 5 days ago. No answer. I use my tablet for business and am sorely disappointed at the customer service.

Incredibly, 10 mins before leaving work today, I get a reply to my last request for a deadline saying the repair has been completed and the device is being shipped as of that moment. A few mins later got a second email - this one from DHL - with a tracking number saying that the device had been picked up in Brno.

So it seems the left hand wasn't talking to the right hand, as the information 48 hours ago was that they were expecting the part this coming weekend and were yet to repair and test the device.

Allswellthatendswell. I hate the price, but it's on its way back now.

    Hey, Bobbo,
If indeed you use it in business, and if the business is profitable and you rely on the business for food on your table, don't you think it might well be good insurance to purchase a replacement tablet? You should probably have had a replacement tablet ready and able when you dropped the first one. The cost of a replacement tablet would have been good insurance at a relatively cheap price. In view of the fact that you have dropped your tablet once, wouldn't it still be good insurance now to purchase a second tablet so that you can continue in your business while the first one gets fixed? Then, you would have the first one ready as insurance in case you dropped the second one, which if you have done it once you may well do it again.
