Asus battery problem. Please help.

Dear all kind people on this forum,

I'm a newbie who just bought 2nd TF300 and used it for a month. at first it was okay.

now i have problem with my TF300. It wont charge more than 93% and it dead when the battery reach 60%. I though it was because it updating to 4.2.1 but after i installed custom rom 4.1.1 it's still same.

Is it software problem or hardware problem? do changing the battery with the used one that sold on ebay will solved this?

have anyone experienced this?
